Business Directory for Indigenous Owned Businesses

The NAIW is not only dedicated to providing employment opportunities for individuals, but we promote and enhance economic development opportunities within indigenous communities as well.

The purpose of the Business Directory is to:

  • Promote Aboriginally owned businesses in each community
  • Provide an outlet for industry to connect with businesses and utilize local assets
  • Provide an outlet for indigenous workforce and communities to connect with each other directly to enhance employment opportunities
  • Help Manitoba government buyers identify Aboriginal businesses as bidders and potential suppliers of goods and services required by departments.
  • Promote procurement from Aboriginal business in other ways such as joint ventures and/or sub-contracting.

There information in this directory is provided by the Government of Manitoba’s Procurement Services Branch. The Directory is a listing of businesses that have formally registered under the Aboriginal Procurement Initiative.

If your business is 51% Aboriginal-owned and controlled by one or more Aboriginal Persons of Canada and you have not registered with the Manitoba Government’s Procurement Services Branch please click here for more information for how to register.
